Excellence · Future Focus & Scholarship

Success matters more when it opens doors for others.

Sanatan believes people deserve real opportunities to improve their circumstances — and that success matters more when it opens doors for others, not just for oneself. He is especially drawn to supporting children and younger generations, seeing in them the same distance-to-travel he once faced himself.

Future Initiatives

What comes next

I

Expanding Nirjan SeaSouls into new import markets across Southeast Asia.

II

Growing Nirjan International's software arm into a standalone product line.

III

Formalizing a mentorship track for young entrepreneurs from rural backgrounds.

IV

Piloting an agri-tech initiative connecting Umachi & Sons' original mission with Nirjan International's technology.

Scholarship Program

The Midnapore Rising Scholars Program

Named for the district he grew up near, the program exists because Sanatan believes talent is distributed evenly but opportunity is not — and he wants to close that gap for students starting exactly where he did.
